Role Description This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across the assigned region, drive revenue growth, and expand GREE's presence in key markets and channels. Responsibilities include managing and developing distributor and dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing regional sales plans aligned with company objectives. The role involves regular field visits, market mapping, competitor analysis, and training channel partners and sales teams on product features and value propositions. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure effective demand planning, promotional execution, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven regional sales management experience in building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, or related industrial products.
  • Strong skills in channel sales, distributor management, and dealer network development.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze regional performance data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capability to coach, motivate, and manage field sales teams toward targets and performance standards.
