Role Description

This is a full-time Regional Sales role based in Delhi NCR. The Regional Sales professional will oversee the promotion and distribution of Nyla Air Water products within the region, building and managing client relationships while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, conducting sales presentations, providing training to sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain brand loyalty. This is an on-site role requiring regular travel within the Delhi NCR region.

Role Purpose:

To position Nyla as a conscious lifestyle choice rather than a commodity category, by building deep relationships within hospitality, wellness, and cultural ecosystems, and embedding the brand naturally into spaces where taste, sustainability, and future thinking converge. Horeca & Corporate*

-Acquire hotels, cafés, restaurants & corporate accounts, wellness spaces

-Work closely with distributors for coverage & reorders

-Establish Connect with Purchase Managers and Introductions to our systems and distributors.

-Drive visibility and premium placements

-Build pipeline for future city expansion

-Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure retention and growth

-Educate service staff and management on Nyla's value proposition, sustainability story, and usage

-Drive account loyalty through consistent engagement, problem resolution, and proactive support

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the premium bottled water or FMCG industry, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of premium water products, market trends, consumer preferences, and distribution channels.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting sales teams to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to secure business opportunities and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage territories efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in market analysis, inventory coordination, and developing strategies to increase product visibility and sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
