Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Key day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, sales team supervision, providing market and competitor insights, and promoting EPOREX's epoxy products to meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and implementing Sales Strategies
• Strong leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
• Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Strong communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial product sales, particularly in epoxy solutions or a related field, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
