Job Description: Regional Sales Head (Commercial Real Estate)
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy and execution across national markets for a fast-growing commercial real estate organisation. The role demands a seasoned leader with strong expertise in commercial real estate sales, market expansion, team leadership, and high-value deal closures. The incumbent will drive revenue growth by building scalable sales channels, managing broker and client ecosystems, and ensuring consistent sales performance across regions. This position plays a critical role in shaping the company's market presence, brand positioning, and long-term business expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Identify, launch, and scale new geographic markets for commercial real estate expansion.
- Build and manage strong sales channels including brokers, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with business objectives.
- Drive a culture of discipline, consistent follow-ups, and performance-driven execution.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities including MNCs and high-value corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish strong broker networks and long-term strategic partnerships across regions.
- Oversee negotiations for high-value commercial real estate transactions and ensure profitable closures.
- Conduct regular market research and competition analysis to refine sales strategy.
- Develop pricing and discounting strategies aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Provide periodic reports and insights to the management on sales performance and market trends.
