Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong Indian Insurance domain expertise to lead end‑to‑end testing delivery. The role involves ownership of quality, test governance, people management, client interactions, and driving testing excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery
  • Act as a key driver for test improvement initiatives
  • Create and own Test Strategy, Test Plans, resource requirement & allocation
  • Identify technical skill requirements and build team capability
  • Interact with client stakeholders on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution
  • Report project status, risks, and progress to Delivery / Program Manager
  • Ensure strict adherence to client processes and QualityKiosk quality standards
  • Consolidate, analyze, and report testing metrics for project activities
  • Drive knowledge management and best practices within the project
  • Create Test Design, Execution Plans, and testing schedules
  • Assign tasks, manage workload, and ensure optimal utilization of team members
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Manage offshore team operations and monitor execution quality
  • Provide continuous inputs and clarifications to offshore and onsite teams
  • Track and manage new and changing requirements
  • Lead daily defect discussions, defect triage, and closure
  • Ensure adherence to onsite–offshore operating model and agreed timelines
  • Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, and approvals
  • Own metrics measurement, implementation, and reporting
  • Report on testing activities, test coverage, defects, and quality indicators
  • Ensure adherence to defined test processes and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with multiple client teams for UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off
