MANAGER – SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

Software Development & Engineering Leadership

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment

• Drive product enhancement and continuation engineering projects with high quality standards

• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards

• Support architecture alignment and technical decision-making

Team Management & People Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

• Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans

• Motivate and build high-performing engineering teams

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones

• Ensure on-time delivery of software projects within defined scope and quality

• Track progress and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively

• Coordinate with global and remote teams for seamless delivery

Technology & Product Engineering

• Work on Microsoft development platforms and software engineering tools

• Develop solutions using Angular, C#, and .NET frameworks

• Work with communication protocols such as Ethernet, USB, RS-232, IO-Link, CIP

• Support functional safety-certified product development
