Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager at API Metrology India. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue in the assigned region. Tasks involve identifying potential clients, managing relationships with existing customers, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and deliver reports to senior management, contributing to the overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in technical product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract management
  • Familiarity with metrology, laser trackers, machine tool calibration, or related fields is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • experience in Key account Management and government account management will be preffered.
