Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals. Key responsibilities also include providing expert guidance to clients on purchasing real estate, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and managing client inquiries to ensure a seamless sales process. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets and maintain customer satisfaction will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in lead generation, deal negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Strong skills in building client relationships and addressing client needs
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in technology: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic digital communication platforms
- Motivation and Resilience: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a competitive environment
- Previous sales experience in real estate or related industries will be an advantage
