Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will work to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the company's growth by achieving sales targets and organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate or related industry is an advantage
