Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references
• Target schools, colleges, sports academies, real estate developers, clubs,
and corporates
• Develop strong pipeline across Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, and
other cities
• Identify new opportunities in Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets in Karnataka
Sales & Closures
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Understand requirements and propose customized sports infrastructure
solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and BOQs
• Drive negotiations and end-to-end deal closures
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Revenue & Collections
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections from clients
• Coordinate with accounts team for billing and reconciliation
• Maintain control on outstanding payments and cash flow
Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
CRM & Reporting
• Update all leads and activities in CRM system
• Track pipeline, conversion ratio, and revenue forecasts
• Submit regular MIS and performance reports
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Execution teams
• Ensure smooth project handover post-sales
• Align client expectations with delivery timelines and feasibility
Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales (Project Sales
preferred)
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / sports infra / real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of Karnataka market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness for extensive travel across Karnataka
• Kannada language is preferred
