Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager located in Pune. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned region. Daily tasks include client acquisition, relationship management, preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires coordination with internal teams, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Electrical Products, Distribution Systems, and Transformer Industry Standards
- Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Territory Management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel within the region as required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the transformer or electrical equipment sector is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analysis tools is beneficial
