Business Development:

.Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Micro LAP disbursement targets for the assigned region.

.Identify high-potential catchments and drive lead generation through Gold Loan Branches

.Maintain relationships with Gold Branch Managers and Branch Team

Cross-Sell Strategy Execution:

.Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer segments.

.Collaborate with other product teams (e.g., gold loan, to maximize customer wallet share.

Credit and Process Adherence:

.Coordinate with the credit team to ensure quick TAT for login to disbursal.

.Ensure quality sourcing with minimal deviations and adherence to credit policy.

.Monitor file movement across login, sanction, and disbursal stages.

Reporting and Analysis:

.Track regional sales performance through dashboards and MIS reports.

.Analyse competitor activities and provide feedback to senior management.

.Forecast sales trends and market conditions to proactively adjust strategy.

Stakeholder Coordination:

.Liaise with internal teams - Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections for smooth end-to-end processing.

.Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions.
