Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Lead at the AGM level to spearhead our sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving residential and/or commercial property sales, leading a high-performing sales team, devising region-specific strategies, and ensuring revenue growth across projects in the Bangalore region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team across various projects in Bangalore.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market potential.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue generation, and profitability for the region.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer trend tracking.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, pre-sales, and channel partner teams to ensure lead conversions and optimize customer experience.
- Establish strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Manage pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure of high-value deals.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with Project, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service teams to streamline end-to-end sales processes.
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and promotional campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- 1218 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or regional role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate or allied industries.
- Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage P&L responsibility for the region.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
