Regional Operations Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee store procurement, inventory, and cataloging across categories
• Enable field team operations including hiring, onboarding, and training
• Track operational KPIs such as orders, delivery TAT, and catalog updates
• Plan and execute store activation and referral growth initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and handle performance issues
• Manage photography and cataloging for both barcoded and non-barcoded SKUs
• Ensure roster planning, beat assignments, and store mapping accuracy
• Provide regular operational insights through Excel-based data analysis
