Regional Head (or Regional Sales/Business Manager) in pharma drives regional revenue growth, ensures sales target achievement, and manages a team of front-line sales staff. Key duties include developing market strategies, managing key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, analyzing sales data, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards.
