Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reels Editor based in Kolkata. The Reels Editor will primarily be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content for social media platforms, ensuring visual and audio quality. The role also involves implementing creative strategies, adhering to brand guidelines, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce engaging and compelling reels that drive audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Experience in storytelling, pacing, and creative direction specific to social media platforms
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation tools like After Effects or similar
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform-specific best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in sound design and audio editing
• Graphic design skills and prior experience in content creation are considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
