Job Description

Role: Recruitment Specialist - RPO

Domain Expertise: Manufacturing, Automobile, Automotive

Job Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka

Reporting to: Manager RPO

Working Days: 6 days (Monday-Saturday 3-4 days WFO)

Roles & Responsibilities

Total 5+ years of experience and 3 + relevant in Process Automobile, Automation and Industrial Automation.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Process Automobile and Manufacturing business units.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements for engineering and automation roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
