We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our talent acquisition team in hiring top talent across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably from the E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Startup ecosystem. The role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- .3–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, D2C, or Startup organizations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms,
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
