Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our talent acquisition team in hiring top talent across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably from the E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Startup ecosystem. The role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
  • Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • .3–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, D2C, or Startup organizations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms,
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and Corporate functions.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring analytics.
  • Experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
