An experienced Recruiter with good hands on expertise in the IT recruitment, preferably Telecom domain. The role requires deep understanding of technology stacks, hiring trends, and talent availability across platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, along with the ability to deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Skills required:
- Expertise in sourcing IT talent using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent platforms to identify candidates across diverse technology stacks
- Strong technical screening capability to assess candidates
- Proficiency in managing interview processes
- Experience in offer management
- Excellent candidate engagement skills to maintain continuous communication, build relationships, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience
- Excellent stake holder management like Hiring managers, HR Team members, Applicants
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and passive talent search techniques to build a strong and relevant talent pipeline
- Perform detailed resume screening to shortlist candidates based on technical skills, project experience, and alignment with job requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/virtual) to evaluate technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes with hiring managers, including scheduling technical rounds and tracking feedback
- Facilitate interview discussions by aligning candidates with role expectations and ensuring structured evaluation and timely decision-making
- Drive candidate engagement from first interaction through onboarding by maintaining regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth joining experience
Special Requirements:
- Ready to work from Bangalore Office (2 day minimum per week)
- Comfortable to be available in office, for any weekend drives
- This is contractual role for an initial period of 6 months
