Job Description

Are you passionate about recruitment and thrive in fast-paced environments We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring for critical roles in Operations, Vehicle Management, Setup/Launch Managers, and on-ground field positions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver top talent.
  • Build strong pipelines for operations and field roles across multiple markets.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of recruitment experience

Mandatory experience in fleet / mobility / logistics industry

Proven expertise in operations & on-ground hiring

Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
