What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver top talent.
- Build strong pipelines for operations and field roles across multiple markets.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of recruitment experience
Mandatory experience in fleet / mobility / logistics industry
Proven expertise in operations & on-ground hiring
Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
