Job description:
- Handleend-to-end recruitmentfor junior to mid-level positions.
- Source candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conductinitial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and updatecandidate tracker, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates tillsuccessful onboarding.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
Location :Sunview Plaza, Ayali Kalan, Ludhiana
Salary upto 3.5 LPA.
