Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage core people operations within a fast-growing startup environment.
This role requires someone who can balance execution with ownership managing day-to-day HR activities while contributing to building efficient processes and a strong team culture.
You will work closely with founders and team leads to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, documentation, and employee records
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance
- Support performance management and review processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring and people requirements
- Maintain HR data, reports, and documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
Requirements- 12 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of ownership and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle
