Job Title: HR Recruiter

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Fixed Week off)
Shift: 12pm to 9pm
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
