Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing requirements, ensuring effective communication during the hiring process, and contributing to onboarding and training programs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to develop a positive employer and candidate experience.

• Proven experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates to meet organizational goals
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
• Experience in Training and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and maintain confidentiality in recruitment processes
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
