Role Overview

Infyni is looking for a specialized Freelance Instructor to deliver expert-level training directly at our client's warehouse location in Bangalore. This role requires a boots-on-the-ground approach, moving between the training room and the warehouse floor to ensure the client's workforce masters both technical operations and professional behavior.

Since this training is for a local workforce, the ability to instruct fluently in Kannada is a non-negotiable requirement.

Scope of Work1. On-Site Warehouse Management (E2E)

• Deliver end-to-end (E2E) training at the client site covering: Inbound, Put-away, Inventory Control, Picking, and Outbound Dispatch.
• Ensure the client's staff understands documentation, SOPs, and safety compliance specific to their facility.

2. Floor Management & Operational Excellence

• Conduct practical, on-the-floor training sessions focused on space optimization and workflow efficiency.
• Implement and teach 5S methodology and Lean principles within the client's physical environment.
• Coach supervisors on managing real-time floor challenges and labor allocation.

3. Behavioral & Soft Skills

• Facilitate behavioral modules on-site: workplace discipline, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Tailor communication training to improve the professional conduct of the floor staff.

4. Language Requirement

• Fully conduct training sessions in Kannada to ensure the local workforce understands every nuance.
• Use English for training materials and professional alignment with the client's management team.

Requirements

• Expertise: Mastery of E2E warehouse floor management and behavioral coaching.
