Qualification: Graduation + MBA in HR ( Full time) (MBA is mandatory )

Note:

The drive is specifically for Talent Acquisition Graduate(Any) +MBA in HR and Technical -Bulk hiring experience. Candidates must have all full time education marksheets and experience letters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Skills

• Must have Minimum & Maximum exp range 2+ Years in respective area/domain of recruitment- Technology / Digital/ Freshers / S&F/ Insurance etc.
• Must be having corporate / BPO experience and experience into hiring ( end to end recruitment) Bulk numbers .
• Experience in Walk in Drive management .
• Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment.
• Must have experience of hiring FTE/FTR talents.
• Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool.
• Shift General
• All 5 days work from office
• 9 hrs 15 min- of shift hours
• Location Bangalore
• Excellent communication.
• Clearing Assessment mandatory.
• MBA is mandatory
• Experience would prefer in TA and not into Sourcing or other support teams

Soft Skill Requirement:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually
• Excellent MS Office skills
