About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Client.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate with Clients to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred :

Experience in hiring for Sales & Marketing, Accountant, CA , CS, BDM, 2D 3 D Designers , Interior Designer/ Architect Industry, Operations, Tech Support , IT Hiring, Manufacturing Industry, Travel, Event companies, Telecom industry would be an advantage.
