Job Title: Delivery Manager IT Staffing (C2H)

Location: Gurugram

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery for IT Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing mandates. The role involves managing client relationships, driving team performance, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong delivery metrics across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery function for IT C2H staffing across key client accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, team leads, and account coordinators.
  • Drive fulfillment of open positions within defined TAT and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation for niche and bulk IT skill requirements.
  • Monitor daily/weekly delivery metrics such as submissions, closures, and joining ratios.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and documentation for contract hiring.
  • Partner with sales/account managers to support business growth and client retention.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and process improvements.
  • Handle escalations, stakeholder communication, and client governance calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT staffing, with strong exposure to C2H hiring.
  • Proven experience managing delivery teams and handling large client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT skill sets, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in managing bulk and niche technology hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of ATS, MIS reporting, and delivery dashboards.
  • Exposure to multi-location delivery management.
