We are seeking a seasoned professional from a Recruitment Consulting background to lead and manage branch-level operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end consulting business operations, including client delivery, team management, revenue growth, and full P&L ownership.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, scale business performance, and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Operations Management
- Lead and oversee complete branch operations of the recruitment consulting business.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment delivery across multiple clients and verticals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and service quality metrics.
2. Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of mandates across permanent, contract, and/or executive search verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
3. P&L Ownership
- Take full ownership of branch-level Profit & Loss.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Monitor cost structures, margins, and operational expenses.
- Develop financial forecasts and track performance against budgets.
4. Business Development & Growth
- Contribute to business expansion strategies.
- Support acquisition of new clients and development of new business streams.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry segments.
- Develop annual business plans and revenue targets.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment consultants and team leads.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Drive team productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Build a high-performance culture within the branch.
6. Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Standardize operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement performance tracking dashboards and reporting systems.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Recruitment Consulting/Staffing Industry.
- Proven experience managing branch-level or business-unit operations.
- Demonstrated experience in handling full P&L responsibility.
- Strong exposure to client delivery management.
- Experience in leading mid-to-large recruitment teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience in multi-vertical recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Healthcare, etc.).
- Exposure to scaling operations and driving business transformation initiatives.
