About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in head hunting, senior-level hiring, and client management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, and must be confident in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level and leadership roles across industries.
- Head Hunting: Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing and head hunting strategies.
- Client Management: Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Client Presentations: Create and deliver candidate reports, hiring updates, and presentations to clients.
- Stakeholder Handling: Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Sourcing & Screening: Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify the right candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and communication between client and candidate.
- Market Mapping: Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience, specifically in senior/leadership hiring and head hunting.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in client handling and account management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is a must.
- Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate immediately.
- Face-to-Face discussion/interview will be a mandatory step in the selection process.
