Role Overview

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and ensuring fast, quality closures for both ME and India mandates. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, consulting mindset, and excellent communication skills.

You will be a crucial part of our India operations and contribute directly to our DEI vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across industries (ME & India).
  • Source high-quality candidates using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach strategies.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Share detailed candidate assessments and ensure timely submissions.

2. Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work closely with the Business Development & Account Management teams.
  • Own recruitment KPIs, delivery timelines, and closure targets.

3. Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, daily activity logs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure all profiles meet quality benchmarks before sharing with clients.
  • Follow structured processes for TAT, documentation, and feedback handling.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 56 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (ME hiring experience is a bonus).
  • Strong experience in consulting, HR agencies, or recruitment firms.
  • Proven track record of closing midsenior-level roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates and deliver within deadlines.
