Core Accountabilities
1. Mandate Execution
- Own 810 active roles at any time from search brief to final shortlist
- Conduct role kickoffs with the NIC to fully understand the brief before sourcing begins
- Build targeted sourcing strategies per role not generic blasts
- Deliver shortlists that are pre-screened, calibrated, and ready for client review
- Track every candidate across stages in the ATS updated in real time
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, iimjobs, Devex, Idealist, and referral networks purposefully
- Build talent pools in high-demand profile areas before mandates arrive
- Map organisations, not just job boards know where the right people sit
- Refresh pipelines continuously do not let search go cold between mandates
3. Candidate Experience
- Every candidate who is screened gets a clear, respectful interaction regardless of outcome
- Communicate timelines honestly and follow through on them
- Manage rejections with care Arthan's reputation is built in these moments too
- Keep candidates warm through long processes without over-promising
4. Process & ATS Discipline
- Update the ATS after every candidate interaction not at end of week
- Document screening notes with enough detail that the NIC can read them cold and understand the call
- Flag stuck roles, weak pipelines, or sourcing dead-ends to the NIC within 48 hours not after a week of silence
- Maintain clean records for offer management, joining confirmations, and replacements
5. Quality & Screening
- Every profile submitted to the NIC must be pre-screened no raw database dumps
- Know the difference between a candidate who is qualified and one who is right for the role
- Understand client context well enough to self-assess your shortlist before presenting it
- Push back on your own shortlist if you are not confident
Experience band
- 1.54 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with at least one year in a structured search environment (not pure inbound or admin-heavy HR roles).
