Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer stage
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms
  • Conduct market mapping and talent searches
  • Negotiate salaries, contracts, and terms of business
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems
  • Meet recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems
