Job Title: Junior Japan Recruiter
Location: Hybrid / Work From Home (WFH)
Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Japan Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and interested in working with the Japan market. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients.
We are doing Internal Recruitment Only
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and update records regularly
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)
Basic understanding of the Japan recruitment market is a plus
Good communication skills in English (Japanese language is an advantage but not mandatory)
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently in a remote/Hybrid environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in sourcing for Japan Market
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
