What You'll Own
This is a high-ownership recruiting role focused on outcomes, not just coordination.
- Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech roles (engineering, product, sales, operations, support, etc.)
- Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and outbound sourcing
- Manage and drive output from external recruitment consultants/agencies
- Conduct structured screening calls across diverse role types
- Partner closely with founders on hiring strategy, prioritization, and role definition
- Ensure fast closures with high candidate quality
- Track pipeline metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment across tech + non-tech roles
- Proven ability to hire across functions in fast-paced/startup environments
- Experience working with recruitment agencies/consultants
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.)
- Ability to understand both technical roles (engineering/product) and business roles (sales/ops)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High ownership mindset — you are accountable for closures
Work Setup
- Location: NCR (in-office)
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Rotational login at 3 PM / 6 PM / 9 PM
