Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening calls (if required)
- Support in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
