Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting techniques
• Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
