We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and supporting the hiring process to ensure we find the best candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain communication.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
