Recruiter Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities and has experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and pipeline progress
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
