Job Description

What You'll Do

Campus & Early Careers Strategy

Own endtoend campus and early careers hiring for technology roles, including FullTime, Summer Intern, and Seasonal / Apprentice hires.

Partner closely with business leaders to forecast annual hiring demand, align on current and future skill requirements, and develop scalable campus hiring strategies.

Build and sustain strong relationships with universities, placement offices, career centers, student organizations, and alumni networks to strengthen talent pipelines.

Attraction & Engagement

Design and execute innovative campus attraction initiatives, including:

Oncampus and virtual hiring events

Hackathons, coding challenges, tech talks, and workshops

Social media outreach and digital employer branding campaigns

Leverage GenAIenabled recruiting tools and platforms to enhance outreach personalization, sourcing efficiency, candidate screening, and engagement across the funnel.

Assessment & Selection

Manage the endtoend execution of assessments, technical interviews, and final selection processes.

Coordinate with hiring managers, interview panels, and external vendors to deliver highquality, scalable campus hiring events.

Ensure assessments are structured, objective, inclusive, and aligned with role requirements.

Internship & Conversion Programs

Contribute to the design, structuring, and scaling of futureready internship programs aligned to longterm talent needs.

Partner with business and HR stakeholders to drive intern engagement, performance tracking, and strong conversion outcomes.

Operations & Stakeholder Management

Ensure seamless delivery across offer management, preboarding, onboarding, background verification, and joining schedules in partnership with HR, Operations, and business teams.

Track hiring progress throughout the season, analyze data, and restrategize hiring plans based on performance, constraints, and business priorities.

Maintain accurate campus hiring documentation, ATS updates, dashboards, and compliance records.

Insights & Continuous Improvement

Stay current on campus hiring trends, earlycareers best practices, and GenAI adoption in recruiting.

Prepare hiring metrics, insights, dashboards, and leadershipready reports and presentations.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve speed, quality of hire, diversity outcomes, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience through technology and automation.

What You'll bring

Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of total recruiting experience, with minimum 3+ years in campus / early careers tech hiring.

Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and assessment models in campus recruiting.

Proven experience managing largescale campus hiring programs endtoend.

Preferred Skills & Capabilities

Exposure to GenAI tools in recruiting (e.g., AIassisted sourcing, resume screening, candidate engagement, interview enablement, dashboards, automation).

Familiarity with ATS platforms, university databases, and digital recruiting tools.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in fastpaced, highvolume hiring environments.

Excellent communication, marketing, and employer branding capabilities.

Creative, solutionoriented mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic oncampus environments.

Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and trends.
