Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Zentek Infosoft.
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting.
The Technical Recruiter will also need excellent communication skills to interact with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.

1-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in C2H hiring.
Proven experience hiring for technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Fullstack Development
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
Expertise in screening technical candidates through interviews and assessment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and candidate negotiations.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with staffing firms or IT consulting companies.
Strong understanding of technical stacks, software development roles, and C2H hiring processes.
Proven success in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for niche technology roles.
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
