Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to fulfill staffing needs. Daily responsibilities include creating and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, managing relationships with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. The Recruiter will also manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Strong screening, interviewing, and assessment skills to identify the best fit for various roles
- Experience in effective communication, relationship management, and collaboration with hiring managers and team members
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and ability to manage recruitment workflows efficiently
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the staffing or talent acquisition industry is a plus
