Experience: We are seeking 2 TO 5+ years of Senior IT Technical Recruiter EXPERIENCE- Day one onsite (NIGHT SHIFT)
Role:
- Looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter - US IT with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, and team handling.
- Should be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessment for the US Market.
Requirement:
- Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within the US market
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
- Should be able to work with direct/indirect clients.
- Should be self-driven, creative, a box thinker, encouraging team learning and productivity that results in value-added customer service.
- Excellent Communication skills
- The ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
- Good Command of Spoken English.
