This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter, primarily based in Indore with some flexibility for remote work. The Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage recruitment-related documentation and tools.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and market trends
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple roles simultaneously
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and self-motivation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Understanding of the semiconductor or technology industry is a plus
