Job description
- You will be responsible for candidate management and delivering a full-cycle recruitment process: screening, interviewing, scheduling, conducting job offers, and onboarding new hires - while contributing to the achievement of recruitment targets for your team
- You will conduct proactive pooling for future requirements; and provide timely feedback to candidates-in-process
- You are expected to attend and manage business meetings - to share updates, insights and build continuous communication with hiring managers
- You must be adept at organizing and prioritizing your work with regard to management of requisitions, and create effective action plans to speedily process and close out these requirements
- You must be meticulous in maintaining details on your hiring processes, able to analyze your data and ensure the accuracy of metrics, reports and other key performance areas
- You must be collaborative and able to work well with Human Resources and other key departments - to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and efficient

Requirements:
- Emotionally intelligent with excellent customer service and candidate management skills
- Experience in handling non-agent, support, and executive recruitment
- Knowledge and experience in preparing reports and analysis
- Tech-savvy to utilize our recruitment tools: Workday, Oracle and similar tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced, flexible, collaborative Can Do environment
