Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Okhla Delhi. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop job descriptions and manage job posting platforms
• Experience in client relationship management and needs assessment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational, time management, and planning capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions is a plus
