Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection activities. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter will handle candidate communication, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and support offer negotiations and onboarding activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, updating applicant tracking systems, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring hiring practices align with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, professional networks, ATS) and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, fair hiring standards, and relevant labor regulations in India.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for real estate, consulting, or professional services roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
