Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fit for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, retail recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
