Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves hiring for both Indian and GCC (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) markets. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines for multiple roles across industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Evaluate candidates experience, skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Maintain pipelines for bulk and niche hiring.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and candidates.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
Issue offer letters and support the onboarding process when required.
3. India + GCC Hiring
Manage recruitment for Indian roles across domains such as operations, sales, administration, customer service, healthcare, and IT.
Handle GCC hiring including shortlisting international profiles, checking visa/relocation readiness, and validating salary expectations.
Maintain good knowledge of GCC recruitment processes, notice periods, and salary structures.
4. Database & Reporting
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
Manage CRM/ATS updates and candidate follow-up.
Share status reports with management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA prefered)
12 years of recruitment experience (India or GCC hiring exposure is an added advantage).
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
