Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for C2C roles using various sourcing platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find the right candidates.
- Leverage an existing strong vendor/implementation partner network to quickly fill open roles.
- Thoroughly vet candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying documents.
- Identify and reject fake resumes and forged visa documents effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and consistently meet submission goals.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and vendors for ongoing requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong experience working on C2C positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
- Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience working with direct clients and prime vendors.
- Proficient in using Boolean search strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems.
- Proven ability to identify fake resumes and forged visa documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
