Job Description

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: [Remote]

Duration: Fulltime

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for C2C roles using various sourcing platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find the right candidates.
  • Leverage an existing strong vendor/implementation partner network to quickly fill open roles.
  • Thoroughly vet candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying documents.
  • Identify and reject fake resumes and forged visa documents effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and consistently meet submission goals.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and vendors for ongoing requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
  • Strong experience working on C2C positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience working with direct clients and prime vendors.
  • Proficient in using Boolean search strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems.
  • Proven ability to identify fake resumes and forged visa documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
